5 Tips on How I stay productive & manage My Time Despite Having a busy schedule.
Achieving every daily task has always been my daily goal.
As they say, Time waits for no one.
One thing I noticed about my time management is any day I fail to properly go through my plans for the day before starting the day always end up wasted. I ended up achieving a few things when I could have done more.
Here are a few tips that helped me manage my time and achieve more things daily.
Meditation:
Before getting out of bed, after a brief reminder of the things that I would like to do for the day, I meditate. Meditation helps me feel more present, grounded, and connected with my body spirit, and soul. This helps me connect with my chakras and the energy needed for the day.
Before I started this practice, I would easily lose track of time and end up asking where time went. And I ended up not doing half of what I intended for the day.
